Android... The Sony Ericsson Way!

Thursday, May 13, 2010

We have to start off by noting that Sony Ericsson is calling its modified Android version the UX for now -- meaning User eXperience -- although we suspect it will revert to the more familiar Rachael naming scheme as soon as the lawyers have cleared a few hurdles and cashed a few checks. Part of a big "open OS" push by the company, this new interface will make appearances on a number of future handsets, both of the Android and Symbian persuasion, though Windows Mobile support sounded like something SE might consider only if there's much public demand for it (so much for a proper X2 successor, eh?).

The handset itself is pretty much what you might expect of a high end device -- it's full of appealing curves and slopes, which do nothing for usability (a physical keyboard might've helped), but give it a clean, uncomplicated, and relatively durable look. In our limited time handling it, we found the X10 comfortable enough, though you could tell you were holding a 4-inch device rather than something more compact like the original X1. Touring the outside reveals a MicroUSB charger / connector port, 8.1 megapixel camera, 3.5mm headphone jack, and an 8GB MicroSD card will be made part of the standard retail package.

A must have for this season.... damn!!!

Iron Man 2 for PSP... (a not so popular one...)

Play as Iron Man or, for the first time ever, War Machine in this brand-new story which thrusts you deep into the Iron Man comic world adding to the excitement of the upcoming Iron Man 2 movie. Battle epic enemies, like the classic Iron Man villain Crimson Dynamo, only featured in the game, and an incredible final boss of truly staggering, skyscraping scale. In the end, the fate of the world will be left in Iron Man and War Machines powerful hands and they must battle to save it from destruction.

I think, people don't really love this game at all... Let the chart tells it all...

Virtual Presence??? Hologram??? really "NOT"!!!

ABSCBN's Augmented Reality/Virtual Presence on TV Patrol World Halalan 2010

Ugh. ABS-CBN is fighting GMA about their "holograms" and war rooms. What'll you both use it for after this election, showbiz crap?

Virtual Presence??? Hologram??? really "NOT"!!!

GMA 7 has claimed that it used the hologram technology, which involves the use of 3D images and 360-degree cameras. Lamdani, however, begged to differ. He said that GMA 7 and CNN didn't use holograms but something which he called a "chroma key" technology.

"Channel 7 didn't use a hologram. They used chroma key technology," he said, adding: "Hologram is very expensive. You have to cover the person with 360-degree cameras and transport him. [GMA 7] used more of a chroma key because there's no smooth camera movement. It's not exactly what a hologram does."

Chroma key, often referred to as green screen or blue screen, is defined as a "technique for composting 2 images or frames together in which a color from one image is removed, revealing another image behind it." (Let the Wikipedia speak)

GMA 7 and ABS-CBN... cut that s**T off!!! CNN has done this one too and what they've got??? Critics... so stop fooling yourselves right??? ....just sayin'... :D

1 Month And 5 Days...

Tuesday, May 4, 2010

Having a baby is the most precious feeling which is incomparable with any other feelings. Watching them grow and develop in front of your eyes is the important part of your memories and they will stay with you till you live. Baby development milestones start within a month of their birth and goes on.

For the sake of those who don’t know, this is my baby girl Rhyz Antoinette...

Time flies so fast! She’s on her 1st month now and she’s gaining weight by the day. She’s starting to look like her mother because of the folds on her arms and legs and her eyes too.

Can't wait for her to respond when we talk to her and see her smile or laugh.
