ICC Sticker Implementation

Wednesday, January 9, 2013

Not a good day for us motorcycle owners... this helmet law is another burden to majority of motorcycle owners, first buying a first class helmet is very expensive and this type of issuance (ICC) stickers will only benefit the law enforcers who in the 1st case are the ones not wearing helmets. Double penalty must be implemented to those law enforcers not wearing helmets.

"for the safety naman po un, let's look on the positive side and not the negative one"... oh ok, let's say that I do own a helmet and DTI approves it as it was safety daw, and then nabangga ako ng car or jeep, or even worst ng truck, maililigtas ba ko ng ICC sticker na yan? NO!!! does it make me a superman sa kalye?

I myself admit that I can't afford to buy an expensive helmet, but, I can always make this possible and purchase it! Pero how can I assure na maililigtas nga ako ng helmet na yun? I think it's not a matter or price eh, kaya kung gugustuhin bumili kaya lang wala naman talagang assurance kung ligtas ka eh.

Anyways... wala naman na tayo magagawa, what's been done is done! So for those motorcyle owners like me, be sure to wear your helmet na lang and bring some money just in case may manghingi! ayt!!!
